The Avantage Interaction Client professionals have a wide range of experience in public speaking and in providing training and coaching ‒ experience acquired in Montreal, Quebec, elsewhere in Canada and abroad. They are true program creators who tailor their work to each of their clients.

Pierre Trudel and Julie Godard are the Avantage Interaction Client’s principal trainers and consultants. The team includes other seasoned trainers and facilitators well known in their fields and perfectly bilingual. They excel in the art of awakening participants’ interest, facilitating their learning and seeing to it that the material learned is subsequently put into practice.  

Training in sales and in business development
The team of trainers is directed by Pierre Trudel, who teaches marketing and customer relationship management at HEC Montreal, a leading business school. Mr. Trudel was a marketing and operations executive in the field of retail sales. He has contributed to the success of hundreds of clients in 10 Canadian provinces and 46 American states, in various fields: groceries, recreation and tourism, sales of durable goods, the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors, and more. He is known for his energy and the pertinence of the examples he provides. His approach is based on an in-depth understanding of the needs of the business and of consumer behavior.

Training in human resources, negotiation, telemarketing and client services
This team of trainers is supervised by Julie Godard, CHRP, a certified human resources professional and member of the Association of Human Resource Professionals, lawyer, MBA (HEC 1994) and trainer certified by Emploi-Quebec. Ms. Godard has most notably managed sales teams and client services teams, and fully understands the challenges confronting supervisors and managers of these types of teams. As a trainer, Ms. Godard is known for the quality of her listening skills and her rapid understanding of situations. She promotes active participation and optimal comprehension during the training or coaching sessions she leads.
