Pierre Trudel, president of Advantage Customer Interaction helps business people to discover, leverage and access to new global opportunities based on changing customer expectations.

He teaches customer relationship management, customer behavior and integrated marketing communication at the MBA level at University of Montreal’s renowned business School, HEC Montréal. He was President of a chapter of the American Marketing Association and of CAPS. He has assisted organizations to improve their customer relationship performance in all ten Canadian provinces and 46 US states. He has empowered a number of organizations to improve their sales performance and online footprint with web 2.0 and social media. With more than 30 years as sales and marketing management (major accounts) for IBM Canada in Montréal and Toronto, his success and experience led Michel Laurin to become a consultant for IBM USA in Raleigh, NC between 1992 and 2002. He managed to become a successful MBA teacher at HEC Montréal in both official languages of Canada. Sales performance and negotiating, as well as Marketing management were his core subjects.

Patrick Lussier, President Outeractive Experience

This outdoor sports passionate and high-level athlete studied kinesiology at Université de Montréal. He developed the Outeractive Experience activity programs to enhance team building activities with interactivity.
