Following each negotiation module, you will be asked to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and prepare personal action plans based on the topic being discussed.

Who is negotiating training for?

These negotiation training modules are for human resource managers who want to be able to negotiate employer or collective agreements, and for sales representatives, managers and directors who want to improve their effectiveness during negotiations.

Methodology

Our approach is made up of different methodologies, combining various analysis tools, coaching sessions and training courses. The first step involves listening to your needs. Training in negotiation is then adapted and includes scenarios based on actual cases. After negotiation training, coaching sessions are designed to ensure success.
