A professional team: our associates
In addition to being the two associates of Avantage interaction clients, Pierre Trudel and Julie Godard are also the main trainers and consultants.
Pierre Trudel teaches Marketing and International business courses at HEC, university of Montreal world renowned business school and is specialized in consumer behaviour and customer relations management. He is a marketing strategist who has contributed to the success of many companies in ten Canadian provinces and 46 American states. He was also President of the Montreal Marketing Association and is Vice-Chair of the Board of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers and Trainers.
Julie Godard is a human resources management consultant with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), and a lawyer. She has over 15 years of experience in management, consulting and managing sales and in customer service teams in the B2B and B2C sectors. As a human resources strategist, she is a certified human resources consultant, accredited trainer, a member of the professional trainer network of Quebec and a certified psychological type evaluator.

Clients can count on an experienced team of trainers who, in addition to knowing their area well and being able to communicate in both English and French, are able to facilitate learning, arouse interest and encourage all participants to apply what they learn during their training.

The trainer team is headed by Pierre Trudel, who teaches marketing and customer relations management in the MBA program at HEC Montréal. Mr. Trudel has worked as retail operations and marketing manager for a major retail sales network. He has helped in the success of hundreds of his clients in various areas, including food, recreation-tourism, sale of durable goods and various services. He is also recognized for his knowledge of sales issues in the manufacturing sector, B2B services and distribution, as well as for his dynamic personality and intelligent use of examples. His approach is based on an in-depth understanding of the needs of a company, first and second supervisory levels and client-consumer behaviour.

This trainer team is led by Julie Godard, MBA (HEC 94), a lawyer and accredited human resources consultant as well as a member of the Order of Human Resources Consultants and a Emploi Québec-certified trainer. She has worked as a customer service and sales team manager. She is well acquainted with the issues and problems encountered by supervisors and managers of these departments. As a trainer, she is recognized for her outstanding listening skills and thorough understanding of problems and issues and how they relate to people. She encourages active participation during training and coaching sessions.
